About Alexia

I’m Alexia, a freelance Yacht Stewardess and Masseuse with a passion for holistic wellness.

I’m from Sweden and my last name, Bjarkan, is the ancient Viking rune for rebirth and renewal—a symbol that resonates with my own journey. I first stepped on board yachts after high school to save for my business degree. After years in corporate life and navigating a personal health journey that led me to biohacking, I returned to yachting with a clear mission: to help guests feel their best—physically, mentally and energetically.

I now combine massage, Reiki healing and practical biohacking tools to create personalised moments of renewal on board. Whether it’s a single session or ongoing support during a trip, my focus is simple: helping guests relax, recharge, and feel renewed.

I’m currently on a seasonal charter contract in the Mediterranean and will be available again from mid-November 2026 onwards. I’m warmly welcoming inquiries and would love to explore how I can elevate your guests’ wellbeing on charter.

    Curated biohacking tools including red light therapy, infrared heat, and acupressure to promote radiant skin, support faster recovery and enhance deep relaxation.

  • Breathwork & Cold Exposure

    Breathwork and cold plunge sessions, informed by my training with Wim Hof, designed to regulate the nervous system, build resilience and cultivate deep inner calm.

  • Personalised Wellness Coaching

    Personalised wellness coaching grounded in clinical experience and science-based methods, designed to support sustainable fat loss, improved metabolic health, increased energy, and meaningful improvements in overall wellbeing.
